Do items delete from shopping cart once purchased? At this time, they do not. Flute Emporium will make every effort to keep the site updated. However, we will notify you immediately if an item you purchased is no longer available.

SHIPPING: All parcels are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured with base rate of $6.00. At this time we are using a temporary
cart until our new state of the art cart is completely functional for our customers and ourselves.
Our options for shipping fees are calculated not from weight, which we really prefer, and had to
be done by volume. We will provide refunds when we deem shipping charges are too high for selected
items such as one piece of jewelry or a bigger items or if a large order generates over postage
fees. The reversal of this is if shipping is greater than generated by cart. We will contact you
to inform that an additional amount of shipping fees will be added to your order. We'll only of this
if it is $1.00+. At the present time we were ONLY able to set up a basic fee for all purchases with
small increments for each additional item. Our hope is we were able to properly process this task. But please know we are making a promise to all of our customers to be honest and upfront regarding
shipping fees and potential minor circumstances.

RETURNS: All returns must have pre-authorization from Flute Emporium and be returned within 14 days. Product must be in same condition as when shipped. Damaged or used items will not receive credit or refund. Shipping and handling costs, to and from you, are non-refundable. Please allow 30 days for refund due to having many steps on our end to process your request. Refunds will be made ONLY through PayPal.

DAMAGED PACKAGES: We are known for our superior packaging in the past. From start of Flute Emporium in 1999 through 2007 there was only one damaged package. It was run over by a mail truck and tire marks were on package. If your package arrives damaged please take it to your local Post Office with your original order form and submit a request for refund directly from them. Also, please contact us as we might have to deal with part of the process on our end. If package is lost we will do our best to track it for you and usually will ship duplicate replacement order. When original order arrives please refuse parcel and it will be returned to us.

INVOICES: Again we are back to our temporary shopping cart. Our previous shopping cart generated invoices, had you log in, which was kept on secure SSL, and permitted you to check status of your order(s). We still have SSL gateway but none of these features are available with software we are using until March/April 2010. Our sincere apologies for the temporary user friendly cart of yesterday which will be back sooner than we all expect. We ask you for your patience as we move forward after being off-line for two years. Our goal is to retain the best customer service on the internet as we were from 1999 to 2007.
